SEBASTIAN-VERO BEACH, FLORIDA METROPOLITAN STATISTICAL AREA

The 'Sebastian-Vero Beach, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area' is a Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) consisting of Indian River County in the state of Florida in the USA. The principal cities in the MSA are Sebastian and Vero Beach. In 2005 the population of the MSA was 130,043.[1] The Vero Beach, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area was first defined in 2003, based on 2000 United States Census data. Sebastian was added as a principal city and the name changed to its present form in 2003.
