SHANNON POT


The 'Shannon Pot' (Irish: ''Lag na Sionna'' meaning ''hollow of the Shannon'') is a turlough on the slopes of Cuilcagh Mountain in County Cavan, Ireland. An aquifer-fed naturally fluctuating pool, it is the source of the River Shannon.
