C. E. King High School (9-12)
Named after Cortes Ewing King, a Houston developer who donated land to the district. Built 1965.
Middle school


C. E. King Middle School (7-8)
Named after Cortes Ewing King, a Houston developer who donated land to the district. Built 1954.
6th Grade Campus


Sheldon 6th grade Campus grade: 6
Used as a transition campus. Opened 1974.
Elementary schools


Monahan Elementary School grades: 1-5
Named for a former administrator L.E. Monahan. Opened 1983.

Royalwood Elementary School grades: 1-5
Named for the subdivision. Royalwood Elementary opened 1968.

Sheldon Elementary School grades: 1-5
Sheldon Elementary, originally built 1957; rebuilt in 2004.

H.M. Carroll Elementary School grades: 1-5
Named for late board member. Under construction; scheduled to open in 2008.
Early childhood center


Stephanie Cravens Early Childhood Academy grades: PreK-K
Named for former superintendent. Opened 2004.
