SHERI'S RANCH

'Sheri's Ranch' is a legal brothel, resort and spa in Pahrump, Nevada. Unlike many other brothels in the state, it styles itself like a "resort" with upscale rooms and furnishings, tennis courts, a spa and outdoor swimming pool. Also on premises is a sports bar.
Recently, Sheri's Ranch has sought local zoning changes in Pahrump in order to build a 700-plus residential subdivision on its 330 acres.
Sheri's Ranch is owned by Mid Valley Enterprises, LLC. Mid Valley Enterprises, LLC is owned by Resort Entertainment Companies, LLC. Resort Entertainment Companies, LLC is in turned owned by David Merrill Frank.
