SMYRNA RIVER
The 'Smyrna River' is a river, approximately 15 mi (24 km) long, in central Delaware in the United States.
It rises in northwestern Kent County, approximately 3 mi (5 km) northwest of Kenton, and flows generally ENE, past Smyrna and forming the boundary between Kent and New Castle counties. It enters Delaware Bay approximately 6 mi (10 km) northeast of Smyrna. It is navigable for the lower 10 mi (16 km) of its course.
