SOUL SOUND

"'Soul Sound'" is an pop song written by Charlotte Gordon Cumming, Ron Tom and Sam Harley for Sugababes' debut album ''One Touch'' (2000). The song was produced by Ron Tom. It was released as the fourth single in the summer of 2001 and reached the top thirty in the United Kingdom, where it sold 10,000 copies. The single became the lowest selling single of their career up to that point, and resulted in the cancellation of their recording contract with London Records. It was also their lowest ever peak position until "Follow Me Home" reached #32 in June 2006. The single was the final release featuring Siobhan Donaghy, as she left the group soon after.
