SOUTHEAST EUROPEAN COOPERATIVE INITIATIVE
The 'Southeast European Cooperative Initiative' (SECI) is an international organization aimed to combat and improve coordination against transborder crime in Southeast Europe. It is based in Bucharest, Romania, with headquarters in the Palace of the Parliament. It was launched in 1995.
