STEVENSVILLE, ONTARIO
'Stevensville' is a small community in southern Ontario, Canada within the Municipality of the Town of Fort Erie. The centre of the community, the intersection of Stevensville Road and Main Street, is about 20 minutes from the town's downtown core. Stevensville is home to several small shops and restaurants, a feed mill, ACG Canada, ZOOZ, and DMI (a wind turbine tower manufacturer).
Only a few kilometres north of Lake Erie, Stevensville is primarily comprised of agricultural/farm land.
ZOOZ, is a small local zoo that was started as an expansion of the Stevensville Garden Gallery & Stevensville Lawn Service that calls Stevensville home.
Stevensville is also home to a "castle" of sorts, located between Ott, Bowen, House and Gilmore Roads. It is actually the home of a local general contractor and his family. Contrary to some people's belief, construction of the home is ongoing, having started sometime in the late 90's, with the family living in a trailer next to the partially completed home.
Stevensville is also the birthplace of Canadian entrepreneur James L. Kraft, inventor of processed cheese and founder of the multimillion dollar J.L. Kraft & Bros. Company, which later became Kraft Foods Inc.

Black Creek runs through Stevensville. When it freezes people enjoy the ice with snowmobiling and ice skating.
