STEVIE G.

'Stevie G' (b. 1979) is an American radio personality, currently at B97 FM in the city of New Orleans. Normally recognized for his sassy and sophisticated idiocy on the air, he is also known for being one of the city's greatest humanitarians—donating time, money and energy to the cause of rebuilding the city of New Orleans. It has been stated that "Without Stevie G, the city would sink deeper into the depths of despair and succumb to its bitter grasp."
Along with his new wife Tierza (aka T-pot G), Stevie G runs the Plastic Fork Museum (a project aimed at raising awareness for recycling and Bedouine women's issues). "The project began as a joke, but it has really exploded and become bigger than I could have ever imagined," said G. He had plans to expand his collection by adding 'plastic forks of the world', but unfortunately they just don't exist. However, his 'Wonders of Waste' exhibit will open in the fall of 2007.
