Brief fictional character history

Identical opposite

Stuart is the identical twin brother to wealthy businessman, Adam Chandler. However, he is unlike him in many ways. Where Adam can be absolutely unethical and devious in his doings, Stuart is the sweetest, kindest, friendliest individual a person would ever hope to meet.
Relationship with twin brother Adam Chandler

Stuart, often, is Adam's conscience, and often gets annoyed when he sets out to hurt someone.
At first, Adam held Stuart against his will in the secluded West Wing of the Chandler mansion, due to misplaced anger at Palmer Cortlandt for allegedly murdering his sister, Lottie, but after a slight case of madness, he became the lovable and gentle man that Pine Valley knows and adores. He was married at this time to a nasty woman named Joanna Yaeger (Meg Myles).
Career

Stuart is an artist, who has taught art classes, and runs an art gallery in Pine Valley.
Love life

Stuart is currently married to Marian Colby, whose daughter, Liza, was married to Adam twice, and is the adopted father of Scott Parker, (his mother was Stuart's second wife, Cindy Parker who died of AIDS).
Main role in Pine Valley

Of everyone in Pine Valley, Stuart seems to be the one, besides Myrtle Fargate, who people go to for advice. His advice is simple, full of wisdom and common sense, much like the man giving it.
