TAMMY TOWNSEND

'Tammy Townsend' (born 'Tamara Townsend' on August 17, 1970 in Los Angeles, California) is an American television actress. She is bi-racial: born to a Black mother and a White father. Tammy is a graduate of the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. She has starring roles in numerous television sitcoms. She was also the 1987 "Miss Talented Teen California."
