 | BMX Bike Park Objectives Al Crawford The BMX Park was assembled and stored under the stands at Lamport Stadium in Toronto. This stadium is a football stadium used by several local youth teams including the Oxmen. This video was taken one week before these pieces were transported to the 2007 Toronto Bike Show at the Direct Energy Centre in the CNE Grounds in Toronto. BMX professionals from as far away as Texas and Mexico came to race on this track in March 2007 at the Bike Show. It is planned that local youth will professionally paint themes of peace and community building on the wood in the coming months in partnership with the Toronto Crime Stoppers School Officer Scott Mills, and the BMX park will find a home at the Wallace Emerson Community Centre at Dufferin and Dupont Sts in Toronto |

 | JMDMT #1976 Microfossils of Cyanobacteria in Carbonaceous Meteorites The James M. DuPont Meteorite Collection - metal grains in this meteorite formed during a postaccretion heating event on the LL-chondrite parent body. To test this hypothesis we began a series of experiments designed to simulate metamorphism of LL-chondrite parent bodies. Experimental charges consisted of a powdered silicate having normative composition of the silicate portion of ordinary chondrites [3], isolated grains of troilite produced via a gas-solid reaction between Fe metal and H2S gas, and Fe metal grains added in proportions equal to that found in LL chondrites. The samples were pressed into pellets and heated in evacuated silica tubes at 900 degrees C, a representative metamorphic temperature experienced by type 6 ordinary chondrites [4].
