In the aftermath of Two Weddings And A Funeral, it's the first day of school in Kennedy High and it turns out Jane and Mike's wedding was broken off. Brooke's mother stays in town and Mike doesn't accept her. Carmen just had a pregnancy scare and isn't pregnant. She decides to try out for the Glamazons once more. Nicole forces Mary Cherry to try out unless she agrees to a knee transplant, but Mary Cherry tricks Nicole and switches her knees with an elderly woman's.
Ms.Glass returns to Kennedy and plans on ruining their lives. Nicole is kicked off The Glamazons and Carmen instead becomes a cheerleader. Brooke decides on living with her mother.
