TROUBLED HUBBLE


'Troubled Hubble' was an indie rock band from Chicago, Illinois.
The song "I Love My Canoe", from ''Penturbia'',[1] was a hit at college radio in 2003.[2]
Following the release of ''Making Beds in a Burning House'' in 2005, the band received significant media coverage,[3][4][5] was named Band of the Day by SPIN,Troubled Hubble. SPIN, June 10, 2005. Accessed July 10, 2007. and spent several months touring the United States with Maximo Park.[6][7] Just after playing in a CMJ showcase, the band decided to break up.[8] Troubled Hubble played its last show at Schuba's in Chicago on September 29, 2005.[9]
