The '1999 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup Final' was a football match contested between S.S. Lazio of Italy and RCD Mallorca of Spain. The final was held at Villa Park in Birmingham. This final was the last ever as UEFA had decided to merge the competition into the UEFA Cup.
