UNISEX BATHROOM

A 'unisex bathroom' is a restroom that is available for use by either the male or female gender. Such restrooms can benefit those with a disability in that they allow someone of the opposite sex to help them in the bathroom.
Transgender advocacy groups have taken up the cause of gender-neutral bathrooms recently, gaining widespread press coverage and support.
A unisex bathroom was featured on the 1997-2002 American TV series ''Ally McBeal''.
