VEDELAGO

'Vedelago' is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Treviso in the Italian region Veneto, located about 35 km northwest of Venice and about 20 km west of Treviso. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 14,904 and an area of 61.7 km².^[1]
The municipality of Vedelago contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Albaredo, Barcon, Carpenedo, Casacorba, Cavasagra, Fanzolo, and Fossalunga.
Vedelago borders the following municipalities: Altivole, Castelfranco Veneto, Istrana, Montebelluna, Piombino Dese, Resana, Riese Pio X, Trevignano.
