VIDYA CHARAN SHUKLA

Vidya Charan Shukla is an Indian politician. Once with the Congress party, he defected to the Janta Dal, then back to the Congress, then the NCP followed by the BJP. Right now, he is knocking again at the doors of the Congress. He is from the state of Chhattisgarh. He is the younger brother of former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister late Shyama Charan Shukla and son of first Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Pt.Ravi Shankar Shukla. He has been MP from Mahasamund district for 9 times and once from Raipur. He has held various ministerial positions for decades.
