'Władysław Wiktoryn Siciński' (ca. 1615-1672) was a member of the
Polish-Lithuanian gentry and a member of the administration of the
Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. A
master of the table (since 1655) and
lower court clerk (since 1666) of
Upita, he was among the delegates of the
Troki Voivodeship to the
Sejm of 1652. He is credited with using the
liberum veto for the first time in Polish history, possibly under influence of
Janusz Radziwiłł.
