WHEELS (CALIFORNIA)
'WHEELS' is a bus service that provides public transportation in Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin, California (which are suburban cities outside Oakland, California).
Started in 1986, WHEELS offers service to various locations in the three cities, and connects to the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) train system for connections into Oakland, San Francisco, and other cities in the greater Bay Area.
WHEELS is operated by the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority.
WHEELS also is a participant in the All-Nighter Network consortium.
WHEELS has 1,944,495 passengers per year.[1]
