WALTER'S HOT DOG
'Walter's Hot Dog Stand' is a world famous hot dog stand in Mamaroneck, NY that is unique in that it has its own mustard brand, cuts the hot dogs in half, and has had a tradition of doing so since 1919. It was voted the best roadside stand in Westchester in 1994 to 2004.
The building was declared a historical site in 1991 by Westchester County.
The stand was praised in an article by Alice Gabriel in the New York Times of September 3, 2006.
