The term 'Warehouse District' has been used for several urban neighborhoods across the United States that were formerly gritty industrial areas but have since experienced gentrification. The warehouses contained within the neighborhoods have often been converted to trendy nightclubs or high-priced apartments and condominiums.

The North Loop in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which is more commonly referred to as the "Warehouse District" in that city.

★ Lowertown in Saint Paul, Minnesota, which is more commonly referred to as the "Warehouse District" in that city.

★ The northern section of Downtown Kitchener, Ontario, Canada; the area around the intersection of King Street and Victoria.
