Discover

'Wedde' is a village in the Dutch province of Groningen. It is located in the municipality of Bellingwedde, about 9 km southeast of Winschoten.
Wedde was a separate municipality until 1968, when it was merged with Bellingwolde to form Bellingwedde.^[1] The new name "Bellingwedde" is a combination of "''Belling''wolde" and "''Wedde''".
