WIDEFIELD HIGH SCHOOL
'Widefield High School' is a high school in southern Colorado Springs. It opened its doors in 1958 and is the oldest of the three high schools in Widefield School District 3. Widefield's mascot is the Gladiator and the school's colors are navy blue, columbia blue, silver and white. Currently Widefield enrolls 1243 students.

Athletics
Widefield High School competes in the 4-A Pikes Peak Athletic Conference. The Gladiators play their home games for both football and soccer at C.A Foster Stadium, which is shared with Mesa Ridge High School. Widefield has one of the largest seating compacity gyms in the city of Colorado Springs. Widefield plays their home baseball games right down the street at the Widefield Community Center which has one of the nicer baseball fields in the city. Recently Widefield High School has enjoyed much success in baseball, basketball, wrestling, and soccer. The school's district rival is Mesa Ridge High School.
