WOODBRIDGE (NJT STATION)
The 'Woodbridge Train Station' is a train station located in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey, United State. The station was built in the 1930s as a Depression-era public works project. It currently serves approximately 1,700 riders a day, making it one of the busiest stations on the North Jersey Coast Line.
Station renovation began in 2005 on a new train platform and canopy with an expected completion date of April 2007. Improvements on the new platform include additional canopy space to provide more shelter, ADA-compliant restrooms and new wind shelters with push-button heaters.
