XTRA AIRWAYS
'Xtra Airways' is a charter airline based in Elko, Nevada, USA. Xtra Airways is owned by TEM Enterprises. Its headquarters are at the Elko Regional Airport.
In addition to on-demand charter services, it operates scheduled service on behalf of SkyValue.

History
The airline was established in 1987 and started operations in 1989. The airline changed its name to ''Xtra Airways'' from ''Casino Express Airlines'' on December 8, 2005. [1]
As of May 2007, Xtra Airways assumed the contract for Myrtle Beach Direct Air, operating scheduled service to and from Myrtle Beach, SC using the 737-400 aircraft. Destinations include Newark, NJ, Niagara Falls, NY and Pittsburgh, PA. It is unknown at this time how many of these aircraft Xtra Airways will commit to this service as the seasonal service is scheduled to increase during the summer of 2007.
