'Zlín Region' (
Czech: ''Zlínský kraj'') is an administrative unit (
Czech: ''kraj'') of the
Czech Republic, located in the central-eastern part of its historical region of
Moravia. It is named after its capital
Zlín.
According to the statistics, the Zlín Region is the safest region in Czech Republic; there is the lowest number of assault, rape, suicide and road accident in countrywide scale.
