It is incredible that the city of Montreal is not on that list as it is one of the best places to visit as a gay person. And I am not from Quebec but prefer it to many cities on that list.

In spite of the fact that Rio de Janeiro is Latin America's gay capital, Sao Paulo nonetheles has the world's largest Pride Parade, therefore it should definitely be in this listing.
