8:00am – Depart from your hotel to travel to My Tho. On arrival, you’ll board a boat to cruise on the Mekong River and rowing through small canals and channels to Thoi Son Island where you’ll disembark and walk along a small village road to visit fruit gardens, the elementary school, the local distillery, and witness the daily life of Mekong villagers. You’ll have chance to sample some of area’s tropical fruits and watch a traditional music show. After lunch at a local restaurant on the island, you’ll climb back on the boat to visit a coconut candy workshop. Tour ends at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City at 17:30.

:> Day 2: Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh Ciyt (B/L)

The day begins with boarding a boat to cruise to Cai Rang floating markets on the Mekong Delta – both the journey and the market provide insights into the Mekong rural lifestyle. Walk around a village, visit a rice husking mill. Disembark at Ninh Kieu quay, visit an ancient house (in Binh Thuy, 10 km from Cantho) and Cantho museum. Have lunch at a local restaurant on the way back to Sai Gon via My Tho. Tour ends at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City at 17:00.

:> Day 2: Can Tho - Thot Not - Chau Doc (B/L)

The day begins with boarding a boat to cruise to Cai Rang floating markets on the Mekong Delta – both the journey and the market provide insights into the Mekong rural lifestyle. Walk around a village, visit a rice husking mill. We then travel by land to Thot Not to visit Bang Lang Bird Sanctuary (Stork Garden) or Crocodile Farm. On arrival in Chau Doc, climd the Sam Mountain to enjoy the breath-taking view and the sunset from its top. Overnight in Chau Doc.

:> Day 3: Chau Doc - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)

After breakfast, you will board a small sailing boat to visit floating houses farming Basa fish, Cham ethnic minority villages and a Muslim mosque Have lunch at a local restaurant before going back to Ho Chi Minh City. Tour ends at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City at 17:30.

> Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Vinh Long (L/D)

7:30am – depart from your hotel to travel to Vinh Long. There, you’ll cruise on the Mekong River, visit Cai Be floating market, fruit orchards, a traditional family-run brick kiln, and drop in to look at some traditional cottage industries - a workshop making the huge coffins unique to the Mekong is particularly interesting. You’ll sleep in a family house in a canal-side orchard.

:> Day 2: Vinh Long - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)

In the morning, a boat cruise will include visits to a bonsai garden, the old house, local houses making confectionery and Cai Be floating market. You’ll also have chance to enjoy the Mekong Delta music performed by local people. In the afternoon, you will drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Tour ends at your hotel at 17:00.

Starts from Ninh Kieu boat quay, cruise along the small and picturesque tributaries by a rowing boat, visit the Cai Rang floating market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats). See the beautiful scenery and daily activities of the locals. Walk around a village, visit a rice husking mil and a rice noodles maker. Then continue to Chau Doc via Long Xuyen. Check in on arrival. Visit the Sam Mountain to enjoy the breath-taking view on the Vietnamese-Cambodian border. A visit to Chua Su pagoda at the foot of the mountain can be arranged. Over night in Chau Doc.

:> Day 3: Chau Doc - Phnom Penh (B)

After breakfast, you’ll board a cruise ship hydrofoil to travel upriver to Phnom Penh.
