 | NHRHS2010 Rants: Inappropriate billboard in Bronx There is one billboard in Bronx, NY, advertising something called NY Dolls Privates Eyes Gentleman's Club, that shows an inappropriate picture. That billboard can especially be seen if you travel southbound (physically westbound) on Interstate 95 (Cross Bronx Expressway) somewhere between Bronx River Parkway exit and the Third Avenue exit, and it's on the right side of the expressway.
