Tom's travels: S21 & The Killing Fields, Cambodian Genocide - A mini documentary
My visit to the S-21 Genocide Museum and The Killing Fields in Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia. This is a new version of an older video which was taken down due to a music copyright claim by the morons at Warner Music.
Cambodia: The Killing Fields & Tuoi Sleng Genocide Museum
www.TravelsWithSheila.com It would have been criminal for us not to pay our respects to the thousands of people killed and tortured under Pol Pot and his regime by visiting the "Killing Fields" and Tuoi Sleng Genocide Museum (also known as S-21 prison). Horrific places where horrific tortures were inflicted on the Cambodian people for no reason. And an even more sickening fact, only FIVE PEOPLE are in prison awaiting trial for Crimes Against Humanity! Everyone else is free.......
A Visit To Cambodia's Killing Fields
There's nothing quite as sobering as a visit a region of genocide. It's difficult to explain in words the effect, so I tried to convey it in film and music. For more, visit www.bravenewtraveler.com About the song:it's a b-side by Canadian artist Matthew Good, called "Dusk." Visit his site at www.matthewgood.org

P2- Cambodia Killing Field and the famous Genocide Museum
Being here is really different from viewing from the screen, as though I can still smell the pain of the dead from the torture by regime Khmer Rouge under its leader Saloth Sar (Pol Pot) from 1975-1979. 2.5 million Cambodians lost their live here. Pol Pot is truly our asian version of hitler. :( The 2 most famous site are Killing Fields Choeung Ek and Toul Sleng Genocide Museum. This is enough to kill all my tour mood. :(
