 | Leap frogging the 20X in White Plains Here we are on Bee Line Bus Route 20, the local bus from Bedford Park, via the Cross County Mall, to White Plains, as we travel up Central Avenue in White Plains. For a few moments, we pace the Route 20X, which is the express version of the 20, in the sense that it totally skips the Cross County Mall.
