We went to Popes Eye, which is a man made structure built at the turn of the last century as a Fort to defend the city of Melbourne, but it was never completed. Now it is home to 100s of Gannets. It is one of only two places in the world, where these birds nest. Then off to Chinamans Hat, which is an enormous shipping channel marker.
