The owner was sailing from Montreal to Cuba to open a travel agency when after being awake for 3 days and batteling weather the sailboat was accidently beached. The US Coastguard and a shrimp boat tried to free it, but the surf was too bad. It was deceided to wait out the storm, but the surf ripped the teak and mahogney 100 year old antique apart.
