This vacation is valid for two nights hotel accommodations (quad occupancy) at the Doubletree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton, Niagara Falls, Ontario.

This getaway is valid for up to four people . There is an additional cost per day for additional guests. This getaway does not include the costs of food, beverages, gratuities, ground transportation, or incidental expenses.

This vacation is valid for one year from the date of the contest draw, subject to availability and normal operation of included features. There is no refund for any unused features.

Applicable taxes and/or service charges are not included and must be paid where required.

When your vacation is confirmed, you will be emailed or mailed, a written confirmation with directions, check in times and any other pertinent information.

Do not leave for your Niagara Falls Family Getaway until you have received written confirmation of your reservation and included features.

Please note that reservations should be requested at least 14 days prior to desired getaway date.

Once your Niagara Falls Family Getaway has been confirmed and your tickets issued, no changes, cancellations or refunds will be permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All confirmed reservations are final and may not be changed in any way or transferred to another party.

Only one travel offer per family household can be used in an 18 month period. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional package. NO discounts coupons or any other discounts may be used in conjunction with this offer.

Guests under the age of 19 years must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or guardian 25 years or older in the same hotel room.

Proper travel documentation is required when crossing the US border which now includes a valid passport.

All included features are subject to availability at the time of booking. Accommodations are subject to availability of allotted space. We reserve the right to substitute alternate accommodation if necessary.

Travellers must have a valid MasterCard, Visa or American Express in order to check into the hotels. Once confirmed, hotel reservations cannot be changed, refunded or transferred.

Winning participants are subject to the terms and conditions of all participating features. Please obtain this information prior to redemption of the prize.

This prize is not valid for use with group travel. Group travel is defined as more than one family travelling or meeting at the same destination on the same travel date. This package is non transferable, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, nor shall any rebates, refunds or credits be issued for any unused features.
