3 DAY MOOSE SAFARI WITH LOBSTER LUNCH

Sept 23-25, 2009

Day 1:We depart from your home town for Rangeley, Maine where the fall colors should be at almost at their peak. Our home for the next three nights will be the historic Rangeley Inn, which have been welcoming guests for more, then 100 years. On our way to Maine we will make a lunch stop for a lobster lunch (Overnight pre and post tours can be arranged in Portland) For those that are the lobster lovers there are ample restaurants on the waterfront. After lunch we will continue on to Rangeley where a welcome reception will await you. Tonight dinner will be included in the Inn featuring local entertainment and Maine stories. Lobster Lunch, Dinner.

Day2: Our day begins with hot muffins and coffee in the hotel lobby followed by a sunrise canoe adventure. Be sure to bring warm clothes, as Sept mornings in the mountains can be crisp. As the sun rises we are very likely to see wildlife as. your canoes glide across the wilderness waterways A hearty breakfast will be waiting at the Inn on our return. Next it is off to Maine’s gold country where everyone will learn to pan for gold at Coos Canyon. Lunch will be included on this excursion We will return to the hotel to be entertained by “The Mad Whittler” At twilight our local Maine guide will take us on a Moose Safari, where we hope to see these magnificent creatures in the wild. Bring binoculars as this is not Disney and the Moose are wild. Tonight we will feature a bar be cue dinner. Breakfast lunch and dinner.

Day 3: We will depart Rangeley and return to your home town via the White Mountain region of NH where we hope to experience dramatic colors as the leaves change. Breakfast
