Interstate 70 Wreck Kills Blue Springs Student
An 18-year-old Blue Springs High School student was killed Tuesday afternoon in a crash on Interstate 70. The victim was identified as Garrett A. Clark, of Blue Springs. Authorities said Clark was westbound on I-70 at Woods Chapel Road when his vehicle left the exit ramp, went airborne and struck a concrete pillar. Officials said Clark was not wearing a seat belt.
