Taos Pueblo
In April 2008, Brian Brunius, Jeanne Katz, and Deepa Awal drove from Santa Fe to Taos, New Mexico to tour the ancient Taos Pueblo, continuously inhabited for 1000 years by the Tiwa-speaking Taos people of the northern pueblo tribes. A river runs through the pueblo, dividing the north and south complexes, and a large adobe church is in the center. -Brian Brunius
