The Cedar Door celebrated their 30th year in business back in 2005. This is at least the fourth location for this bar and I don't just mean the business. They have physically move the entire building from one spot to another as development pushed them out but they seem to have found a home on what was once a parking lot in Downtown Austin a block or two from the Convention Center.
