 | Union Pacific EC-5 Track Inspection Vehicle at Nelson, IL on March14, 2009 I had spent almost three hours at the Nelson Coaling Tower this morning. Several trains passed by. But as I was about to leave, this Track Inspection Vehicle showed up. Thanks for the "toot toot. But that's a pretty cheesy horn... probably from an old VW. Need to stick a 1970 Buick horn in it. I gave a quick call to the Rochelle Railroad Park to let them know it was headed their way. Apparently it did go by there. Remember to watch it in HD.
