No, this is not Lake Millacs, This is a road separating two portions of flooded farm field just east of Fargo ND 2009
Race with shadow along I-29 (near Wahpeton, North Dakota)
Racing with a shadow (at the speed limit of 75 miles per hour) on I-29 southbound on the drive from Fargo, North Dakota to Sioux Falls, South Dakota as the sun sets. North Dakota in that region is even more flat than South Dakota, if that is possible. But it was a beautiful drive. Video is taken near the exit for Wahpeton, North Dakota. Date is March 21, 2009.
