Jerry Springer and Mel B. hosted this exciting, LIVE event! Miss Universe 2007, Riyo Mori (Japan) returned to crown her successor, Miss Venezuela. The Top 15 finalists were judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown, and interview during the broadcast. Also, Miss Thailand was announced the winner for Best National Costume, which was decided by online votes.
