Loading .223 on my Hornady lnl AP Progressive Press with case feeder. This is one fired military brass. I have to remove the primer pocket crimps (I use a Dillon Super Swage), and the extractor grooves sometimes have burrs which hang the cases up entering and exiting the shell plate.

Changing Calibers on the Hornady Lock-N-Load AP
How to change calibers on LNL AP progressive press. With the lnl bushings, preset metering inserts, and case activated powder drop lower you can switch from rifle to pistol caliber in about 5 minutes with nothing to adjust. Station #4 is the powder cop to verify powder charge, it doesn't need adjustment, it has enough travel to work with the different charges.
