 | Tumwater Dam Wenatchee WA Heading down the Dam of the Wenatchee river in Tumwater Canyon in one of the few third generation Creature Craft. Will these four derelicts survive this little dam? Surely they were smiling when done... there are some nice holes and sizeable wavetrains following the descent. The red G4 received a gash in one of the top thwarts when unloading having to resort to running in the G3 Creature Craft R4, dubbed "Big Yeller". |
 | Upper Animas Soda Pop Rapid and Train This is one of the last class 4 rapids on the upper Animas before you get to the take out at Tacomma. We timed it perfect with the Durango and Silverton Train going by right as we hit the rapid. The video is great. It is from a gopro Wide video camera in a water proof case. I continue to be amazed at the quality video that comes out of a camera that is smaller than a pack of cigarettes. This trip was great in many way. Many thanks to Mountain Waters Rafting for taking us on such a great river.... |
