There's this place between Brockton and Holbrook, MA where I have to wonder what they were thinking when they put up these speed limit signs. Right now, I don't remember for sure which side of the town line they are on, but I'm pretty sure it's Brockton. As you can see, the first speed limit sign is 35 mph...then three telephone poles later it changes to 30 mph. This is the most ridiculous part of a stretch of road that encompasses 5-6 speed limit changes in less than two minutes of driving.
