For the first time, I am very relieved to see a full Metrobus platform. The Metrobus system is relatively noew in Mexico City and is expanding. It travels down the busy street of Reforma in its own lane. Rides pay to get onto the platform rather than to the driver directly. For any Operations Management geeks out there, it runs on a Hub and Spoke Model. I am happy that my germaphobia is more socially accepted as I get ready to board with my mask and gloves.
