Description:
W&LE 107 and 302 howl across a narrow overpass near Route 50 in the appropriately named Bridgeville, PA. I'm not sure about the location, but I think it's headed north towards Rook yard in Greentree. My dear wife actually chased this train for a few miles in order to get me this second (and much better) video. We should all be so lucky. ;)

W&LE 107 and 302 pull a small mixed load though Bridgeville, PA. #107 is a former SOU/NS GP35-3 high-hood and wears a commemorative Akron, Canton, and Youngstown paint scheme. #302 is a former Denver and Rio Grande GP40-3. Both have been rebuilt and repainted by W&LE. My awesome wife was kind enough to take this video for me on her way home from work. :)

Wheeling and Lake Erie at Rook Yard
After patiently waiting 45 minutes for the re-crew I found myself in the perfect spot to see some car shifting at Rook. (Sorry for the shaky video in the first clip; every time I went to move the camera the tripod would shift in the gravel). They backed onto the siding to release and park the tankers, and switch WE107 from the head to the tail. Thankfully they did all this before the daylight left me. I didn't want to bother them while they were working, but they were nice enough to smile ...

Allegheny Valley Railroad along Streets Run
AVR 2007 (GP-11) shuttles a lonely covered hopper upgrade along Streets Run Rd. in Baldwin, PA. This is the mid-day run (AVR-3) southbound from avr's Glenwood yard on the Monongahela River towards the Bruceton interchange with the Wheeling and Lake Erie. I hear him blowing down the four crossings every day while I'm at work, and I couldn't stand it any longer. I HAD to skip out for a while and catch him on video. Caught the eastbound ore train on my way home from work again. No CSX units this time, but the same basic power layout as before, with the helpers cut in near the back. I was having some tripod issues, but the sunlight was working for me. Castle Shannon PA, high above Rt 88, about 6pm.
