I put this up for a friend who wanted to see the inside of this building, its across the street from my building. On a busy highway, on the Oregon coast, $169,000. for a 2000 sq ft building with all fixtures. The building needs a good home and we need another operating restaurant in our area. I met with Judy Banks who showed it to me. She is at 541-404-4004
