There are five 5 gallon buckets of some kind of blue chemical sitting on the bottom of the pool and the residue is flowing from the drain through a pipe underneath Broadway into a ravine that leads to Withrow Creek. Yes all this clorinated water and cleaning chemicals is being dumped directly into the surface waters of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. |
