Hey there team! Welcome back to the second part of our Kakadu adventure. This time weve traveled over 60 km through rough & undulating rain-forest to find Twin Falls & Jim Jim Falls, some of the most pristine & glorious water falls in the world which lay hidden in the depths of the Kakadu. Later, Tom & Annie check out the magnetic termite mounds before setting off on a another journey into Litchfield National Park to indulge in some of natures most amazing water holes. After having a splash at Florence Falls, its hard not to contemplate why humanity finds itself in such a predicament when the Earth has so much abundance & splendor. The conflicts, which exist today on Earth, reflect the imbalances & struggles inherent in the human mind. As human beings face disconnection from the natural world & each other, we accelerate in our unprecedented assault on the living wilderness which many believe is a right. The reality is we only destroy ourselves. The story of the rainbow serpent is about perception. The veils of perception. Our journey through life is a slow awakening, a returning to innocents, like a raindrop that finds its way to sea. Its good to enjoy the ride, cause after all, its just a ride & Kakadu & Litchfield National Parks are just the place to remind us that life is worth celebrating & sharing. Its also a perfect place to ask the girl you love to marry you! Woooohooooooo! T :)
